TSS was formed almost ten years ago, by Clinton Bailey, a uniquely qualified and experience project manager and builder with the mission to be the pre-eminently respected and recognised local builder and services provider of choice; providing services that exceed client expectations each and every time.
He brings more than 25 years of industry management know how. He is a Construction Project Management professional with extensive experience, ranging from small refurbishments to super laboratories and corporate buildings.
He’s Construction, Renovations and Refurbishment experience includes:

New build constructions and extensions - in Adelaide, Alice Springs, and Mount Gambier.

Numerous complex fit outs (offices, warehouses, communications rooms, data rooms, food preparation areas and kitchens, bathrooms, break out areas, teaching/lecturing spaces etc.).

Car parks and the re-sheeting of existing and new road infrastructure.

Clinton holds qualifications in Environmental Health; Retail Management from UNISA and Business Finance and Legal Requirements Training from The Master Builders Association.
He is also trained in Labour Law; Australian Building Codes Board Standards; Project Management Programme (Flinders University) and Contracts Management Training (Fenwick, Elliot and Grace).
